Making your own crackers takes less than an hour. It's worth it because of the fresh taste. Play around with the spices and use your imagination. FYI, if you don't have one of the flours, just use a little more of another type.
210 g all-purpose flour
30 g each (1/4 cup each) of:
rye flour
spelt flour
whole wheat flour
150 g water (scant 3/4 cup)
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp "everything" seasoning
3/4 tsp caraway seeds
