## Deadlift 3 x 5 @ 140 Resting 3 minute(s). Set 1 moved nicely. Set 2 getting close to being cardio! All good here. Hips feeling good which was my main concern pulling from the floor. Mixed grip and chalk on all working sets, no straps. ## Squat 8 x 2 @ 85 Resting 2 minute(s). All smooth and easy. ## Summary Late start today but everything moving nicely. ---
