We work several intervals of cardiovascular calisthenics in between bouts of strength training using an eccentric or negative rhythm of three counts toward gravity and one count overcoming gravity. You will need a small chair, two or three sets of weights, and optional resistance loop band. Hydrate often and take modifications as needed. Enjoy!
