LMMS has a built-in instrument named Xpressive, which generates audio by evaluating time domain mathematical expressions. All Xpressive instruments are therefore mathematical functions.
After many tests, I have created a cross-platform GUI in C++ at https://github.com/ewanp2025/XpressiveTools to automate these functions.
