Today we are mixing it up with a Frisky Friday Workout! So If you are on HardWood Floors or Tile: Either Grab a pair of socks, or some hand towels or you may even have a pair of these gliders which can be used on either carpet or tile/wood floors. If you are on carpet: Consider moving to an area in your home with wood/tile or use plastic container lids or paper plates to slide on.
