Lockdown Marathon Challenge - Biglee
Hi Everyone, Every sunday i am going to do do a run inside the comforts of the home during lockdown. Lockdown is not a limitation to improve our fitness. The idea is simple. Running/ walking is a great exercise. And science says that when we do any activity as a community of a group, the chances of achieveing the goal is greater. So i invite you all to join me in my sunday marathon challenge Today week 1 - we will attempt to complete 10 km either by walk or run or jog. Dont worry about the time. We are not conducting a race but lets just target completing that this week.
