Keyword Research Sinhala Tutorial Series (2) - Long Tail Keywords. There are several types of keywords. Long tail keywords are the less competitive keywords among these. The reason is that the search terms show that there are not that many people in those search terms. However, for someone who is just starting out, it's best to start with these short story keywords. The reason is that thousands of new websites are created on the same topic every day, so the majority of the websites that are created are trying to compete with the highly competitive keywords. So, if you try to do the same, you have very little chance of achieving great success. My advice is to go for long tail keywords of 5, 6 or 7 words that you have very little competition for.
