Lumbar Scoliroll Target/Goal: To align the spine and reduce scoliosis. Placement will be specific to each individual. The doctor will go over your position. Directions: Lay on your side with the scoliroll in the specified location on a hard surface. Lay down on your side on top of the Denneroll starting with 3 minutes goal time. If you are unable to reach this time, simply stop and write down how long you were able to perform the traction in your user record form. Work your way up in time to 20 minutes every day following the suggested times on the user record form. Once you have reached a total of 50 sessions (days), you can then perform the traction a minimum of 3 times per week or until your doctor has told you to stop.
