In this video, I'll show you how to work M1R & M1L purlwise — the same mirror increases as the knitwise version, but worked from the purl side.
The technique is very similar to the knitwise version. The main difference is in how you pick up the strand — whether from the front or the back — and as a consequence, whether you purl through the back loop or purl normally.
Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to expand their increase techniques.
