When downloading an app from the internet, Apple has programmed a security feature into Mac OS where unverified sources will be blocked from opening. When trying to open an app like this, often a message such as, [Said App] "can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." It then recommends you adjust your option in your system preferences. If you are confident that the app is, in fact safe, there is a trick I cover in this video in order to bypass this security message and open the app without changing any security settings. This trick also works occasionally when you get a message that says the file has been corrupted.
