Making a Match Plate Pattern for Casting Flask Parts

This video is way, way too long. Maybe I should have split it in two. It shows how I made a wooden match plate pattern for casting a full set of alignment brackets for molding flasks, then used the pattern to make a mold (or two) in a pretty badly burnt up old flask, then melted some wheelium in the Red Dwarf, then cast the brackets that will go on a new flask. Which I really need to build soon.
