Making a Visual Representation: Problem Solving Strategy 8

These short videos are meant for instructors or students wishing to give a practical framework to problem-solving. We first introduce a three-step process: Understanding, Strategizing, and Implementing. We then present 10 strategies (Posamentier & Krulik, 2015) and explain each of them individually in separate videos. In a graduating class of 50 students, 28 took Calculus, 26 took Physics, and 20 took both courses. How many students in the class did not take either Calculus or Physics?
