Manual weighing system

The advanced system of mobile scales allows complete traceability of manual dosages performed by operators. The software can be interfaced with various production management systems (MES, ERP) by reporting the work performed by the operators. Traceability is ensured by scanning the barcode/qrcode identifying the work order and the raw materials to which the respective quantities are associated. It is also possible to subdivide the recipe steps according to the most appropriate scale for dosing (capacity and accuracy). The system is therefore able to track manual dosing in real time, with the ability to manage production batches, allowing the quality of the finished product to be monitored and any errors to be traced. This not only improves process efficiency, but also ensures compliance with safety regulations. The system is intuitive and easy to use thanks to tablets that display the list of components to be dosed in a given work centre in real time, with configuration options to customise alarm thresholds for out-of-tolerance dosing.
