Hi guys today I will be sharing my taske on marbled swiss roll
The ingridients are
5 egg yolk
100 g sugar (30 g for the egg yolk mixture)
25 g melted butter
25 ml fresh milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp of salt
80 g cake flour
1 tbs of cocoa powder
For the meringue
5 egg whites
and the remaining 70 g of sugar
for the whip cream filling
1/2 cup of cream
2 tbs of icing sugar ( you can adjust the sweetness to your preference)
For the ganache
100 g cream
200 grams chocolate ( dark or chocolate)
