A full 55 years ago, Christmas 1953 Mom and Dad gave my brother and I a Marx freight set. It's been packed up and moved all over, and added on to. I still get it out and run it occasionally. The 3/16" all steel trains were the best Marx ever made, for my money. I took down my Standard Gauge prewar set the other day. My wife wanted me to get this set out and run it and I'm sure glad we did. It's running on Lionel Postwar Super "O" track, just great. Hope you enjoy it and Doc Watson singing "Blue Railroad Train."
