McKinsey 7S Framework is an assessment tool that shows how to achieve effectiveness in an organization. McKinsey 7S Framework: Shared Values Shared Values refer to the accepted norms, values, objectives, and mission that influences the behavior of every employee and creates a groundwork for effective organizational design.
