Originates from the C5-C8 nerve root and goes all the way down into your first three fingers. The most common source of entrapment happens at the wrist. Injury to the nerve can cause pain, numbness and weakness in the palmar and dorsal aspect of the wrist, into your 3.5 fingers.. Specifically as it innervates the common flexor of the forearms which are responsible for gripping and holding items with your hand. Let's free up the nerve where it is pinched. Nerves do not like to be stretched but they do respond well to gliding and flossing which is to move one end at a time through the area where it is pinched.
