🌟 Teammate Spotlight: Edith Ramirez 🌟 Meet Edith Ramirez, our Assistant City Manager for Development Services! For the past 13 years, Edith has been a driving force behind many of the projects that make Morgan Hill such a special place. One of the highlights of her career? Watching our downtown transform into the vibrant, welcoming space it is today and knowing there’s still more to come. What Edith loves most about her role is that no two days are ever the same. One day she’s helping a resident find housing, and the next, she’s working with a small business owner to bring their dream restaurant to life. Her passion for creating opportunity led to the launch of the City’s Economic Mobility Work Program, with the vision of opening an Economic Mobility Center one day where everyone in the community can access the resources they need to thrive. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her kids, Vanessa and Nathan, and playing cards with her 89-year-old mom! As we celebrate Women’s History Month, we are proud to recognize leaders like Edith who are shaping the future, building strong communities, and inspiring others through their dedication and heart.
