MEPP - Sol Blazer and new engine development

Formerly known as Mugen Evolution Paint Project has now started production on it's own engine! programmed in GML. We decided to move onto our own engine to allow netplay and other cool features, there will be a big presentation on this game soon, this video is for the purpose of development process.
