Trace Analytics, LLC www.airchecklab.com Transcript: Let’s assemble the Pinocchio Super II so you can sample your compressed air or gas for microorganisms. After you have inspected the contact plates, unpack the Pinocchio case. Make sure you have all the necessary parts. Using your kit diagram in your instructions as a visual guide, start by positioning the stainless-steel base (labeled A) in front of you. Remove all protective caps from Pinocchio parts prior to operating the equipment. Connect the pressure gauge to the TOP of the central block. Push firmly until you feel it click. Connect the air inlet connection to the BACK of the central block. Connect the air outlet connection to the TOP of the central block. For flowmeter support, slide the small triangular stainless-steel brace to the FRONT of the central block. Connect the air flow meter to the FRONT of the central block by feeding it through the triangular support bracket. Slide the funnel support onto the base. Position the funnel on its support and secure it to the air outlet labeled "P" in the Pinocchio diagram. With the control valves closed, connect one end of the sterilized 3ft braided tubing provided to the air inlet connection barb found on the Pinocchio and the other end to your air or gas line. Use the clamps and nut driver from the accessories bag for a more secure fit. You're now ready to being sampling.
