What is Microsoft Power Automate? (previously Microsoft Flow)
Microsoft Power Automate is a cloud-based application in Office 365 that allows you to create automated workflows between multiple applications and digital services to increase user efficiency.
The most common uses of Power Automate are its ability to enable businesses to trigger notifications, automate file copies or gather data through the use of basic inputs that come via your browser, desktop or mobile.
An example of this could be where you are looking to gain a better understanding of how your brand is performing on social media. You could setup a Flow to track each mention that you receive through your social media channels which automatically copies into an Excel report which you can review on either a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
