One of the most difficult and important aspects of communication is giving constructive feedback. While positive feedback is easy to give and to receive, constructive or challenging feedback can be difficult; often, this is information no one likes to hear. You may find yourself providing constructive feedback during, for example, a bio-engineering class project or if you and other students are writing a collaborative grant proposal.
