Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
Preheat oven 350F
5 oz Mini baking cups aprox 14
1 Box vanilla cake mix
4 large room temperature eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice 100%
1 teaspoon melted butter into each baking cup
1 tablespoon brown sugar into each baking cup
1 20oz plus 1 8oz cans sliced pineapple
Maraschino cherries
Bake cakes on baking sheet aprox 18 to 20 minutes and enjoy! Yields 14 mini cakes
