This is what's supposed to be going down:
+Mountains and Valleys - I made the older girls do only the "valleys" and the younger ones mountains and valleys with as straight as legs as possible
+Single Leg Hops up a Panel - 8X on each leg - This is super hard as you can see my kids struggling
+Reverse Mountain Climbers - 12X
+Front Tucks off of a Box - 3X - The younger ones are supposed to be jumping off the box and connecting 3 frog jumps, but I'm not on their butt right now, so I have no idea whats going on over there!
+Long Jumps over 8in - 10X
And theoretically they have this circuit 2X.
