Mono-Blue: Octopus Math

STANDARD - PLAY QUEUE Numbers are hard, but an octopus is quite smart. This particular deck is likely not the final iteration. Just like doing T-charts, there is trial and error to solve the problem. I made some errors with Ultros's ability because it counts the mana spent rather than the converted mana cost of the spell. So, cards like Eluge and Uthros Psionicist detracted from the experience. Waterbending Scroll is definitely a key card and additional copies may be warranted with some extra lands. Additional iteration is needed. Perhaps you can do the quick maths?
