Hey team! Hope everyone is staying healthy and active in iso (for us here in Melbourne ...!) :) We're back with an iso-friendly training video for some Muay Thai at home! If you have a housemate, partner or family member that is keen on training with you and learning some Muay Thai, we've put together this simple and basic series for home training.
