This piece of music was commissioned by Larne Borough Council to mark the conferment on The Royal Irish Regiment of the Freedom of the Borough of Larne on 1st November 2008. It was composed by WO2 Chris Attrill - Bandmaster of The Band of The Royal Irish Regiment (TA). The title is in reference to the Regiment's 2006 Afghanistan tour and the siege of Musa Qala District Centre where two soldiers of the Regiment lost their lives. The Regiment returned in 2008 and the images which accompany the music are taken from that tour, which also saw the men of the Royal Irish deployed to Musa Qala.
