This video gives a quick insight into my daily movement practice, used for keeping my body's nuts, bolts and screws working nice. This is a 30-40 min sequence which has been sped up by a factor of 20. This is a Mish mash (see what I did there) of my own personal stretching and strengthening practice, based on what my body needs most greasing, infused by FRC principles and inspired by yoga and dance experience. I have added and adapted this sequence over the years, with the beginnings taking hold almost 10 years ago. I am a big fan of mobility work and it has kept me strong and flexible over the years.
