Marco’s basic sauce, aka my to-go recipe that I could never get tired of, is nothing fancy at all.
A handful of fresh and colorful ingredients, about 30 minutes of preparation, some vintage music going on and…the simple magic of Salsa al Basilico is achieved.
Of course, I also make sure pasta is always cooked “al dente”, in order not to lose my Italian citizenship.
