Neutral Pelvic Alignment

In this episode we explore feeling the range of our pelvic positions from anterior tilt (sway back posture) to a posterior tilt (flat back posture). We will find your “neutral” pelvic position both in standing and in sitting. Once you can identify and hold your neutral pelvis in standing or sitting, you can better control the alignment of your pelvis when you exercise.
