New braking device test bench
This test bench shows a comparison of the new braking device and the traditional braking mechanism. The new patented braking system is available in three options and does not have dry friction brake pads. Conclusions: 1. The traditional braking mechanism abruptly stops the shaft rotation, which is a certain danger when driving. 2. Our devices stop the shaft rotation smoothly and without dry sliding friction. 3. And very importantly: our mechanism does not require ABS. In our discovery, the braking principle is borrowed from nature. In this case: the bearing plays the role of a human knee, and the spring plays the role of a human calf muscle. Human civilization has always used the principle of braking through dry sliding friction. In our invention we do not use dry sliding friction. The shaft movement is slowed down by the bearing and springs. By pressing the pedal we press the bearing, the bearing compresses the springs, which slow down the shaft rotation until it stops completely.
