We get a few call backs from the same customer for no cooling. We find that the system is once more low on refrigerant. Upon checking for leaks again, we find none. We do however find evidence of sabotage.
The customers eventually take my word for it and installed a security camera. They apparently catch a neighbor tampering with their heat pump.
**Unfortunately I don't have that video, as I felt strange asking for it.
We'll be going over some trouble shooting and tips and tricks to find and resolve the problem.
