Old 8" traffic light

hello everyone, in this video im showing my 8" traffic light. Ive had this for a few years and im not sure what brand it is.There is not markings or labels on this light to search. So ive searched the internet and social media platforms to find information about this light and haven't been able to gain any information on this light.
