This special Cha Om omelette, is a popular and unique Myanmar and Thai dish made by incorporating the tender thin leaves of the climbing wattle (acacia) plant into a beaten egg mixture and then frying it. The dish is well-known for the acacia leaves' distinct, pungent smell ! I found such leaves in City Hall … so decided to make a soft, fluffy omelet stuffed with the leaves for the first time ! And it tasted pretty good 👍🏽 this classic spinach omelet is one of my quick meals this year as we usher in the new year and after a days hard work . I whisked up some eggs and made it into a pillowy omelet … so all you need is a small nonstick frying pan to complete the dish
