0:27 Unlocking the stand controls. Hold the lock button for 3 seconds.
0:36 Standard adjustments. Hold the up/down arrows.
0:50 Setting memory presets. Hold M for 2 seconds then press a number to set the preset at that height.
1:15 Resetting to factory default. Holding R will set the lowest point to 1100 and clear all memory settings.
