Large Eddy Simulation (LES) of a reduced-scale enclosure with mechanical ventilation (extraction: 50 m3/h, admission: open boundary condition) using OpenFOAM version 1912. The fuel of the fire source is propane (C3H8) with a supply rate of 0.2 g/s. The grid size is fairly coarse and set to uniform 2 cm. The video shows a 2D slice of the gas temperature and axial velocity across the middle of the enclosure.
