The OSG Phoenix PMEN indexable chamfering cutter is engineered for both front and back chamfering. It is also suitable for face milling. Chamfering of 30°, 45°, and 60° is possible with a common insert and two types of cutter bodies. Two types of chamfer angles can be set with one cutter body by simply matching the insert and cutter body constraint surfaces.
