The plaintiff says she was walking her dog when, all of a sudden, the defendant’s Rottweiler attacked. She claims he picked up her poor dog by the neck and started flinging him around, and when she requested money for the vet bills, the defendant’s reply was that he has other mouths to feed. She is suing for the amount she’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff knows full well their dogs don’t get along, and he can’t understand why she would bring her dog over to his house and onto his property to say hello.
