Outgrow and Close Integration

The integration between Outgrow and Close enables the automatic conversion of interactive content—such as quizzes, calculators, and assessments—into sales-ready leads. This capability allows sales teams to receive lead data directly, facilitating faster follow-up and deal closure. Prerequisites for Setup Before beginning the integration, ensure the following are prepared: An active Outgrow account. An active Close account. A live piece of Outgrow content, such as an assessment, quiz, or calculator, that is actively collecting leads. Integration Configuration Steps Authentication: Log in to the Outgrow account and open the desired content piece. Navigate to the "Configure" tab, select "Integrations," and click the settings icon under the Close native integration option. Authenticate the Close account within the resulting configuration window. Lead Routing: Determine the method for routing leads into Close: Proceed with List: This option allows for the direct mapping of Outgrow fields—including names, email addresses, and collected response data—to corresponding fields in Close. Proceed with Segment: This option routes leads based on specific criteria, such as browser type or location, as defined in Outgrow segments. Field Mapping and Finalization: Map all necessary fields to ensure accurate data transfer. After mapping, test the connection to verify functionality, optionally enable double opt-in if required, and click finish to save the configuration and activate the integration. Managing the Integration Once the integration is active, all new lead details are automatically sent to the Close account and can be viewed within the task history. Users can return to the integration dashboard at any time to manage the setup or reconfigure the connection if Close credentials change.
