Want to make your snatches more vicious, stronger, better...? All you have to do is to OWN your swing switch... Do you power up, or do you fall apart on your switches? You can use a good strong ballistic swing switch to help you time your breathing, to get a little extra hang time, and to rev up your snatches. Try a couple sets of this and see what happens: snatch, swing switch, snatch, swing switch, repeat...for 5-10 reps per side, 3-5 sets...enjoy!
