Packaging machine wrapping geosynthetic rolls
This video highlights the advanced functionality of Tentoma’s RoRo StretchPack® packaging machine, engineered for the automated, large-scale packaging of sizable products. In this Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), a large geosynthetic roll is packaged to demonstrate this cutting-edge solution's efficiency, reliability, and durability. The RoRo StretchPack® XL-S1 model is featured, equipped with a pusher device and conveyor units. In one fully automated process, it wraps each roll in a tubular stretch hood film that is welded at both ends, creating a 100% sealed package. This watertight and dust-resistant seal protects the product from moisture, dirt, and other environmental contaminants, preserving product quality during storage and transport. While this RoRo StretchPack® model will be installed as a standalone packaging solution on the customer’s site, it is also designed for easy integration into automated production lines. It can handle rolls of varying sizes without the need for manual intervention, supporting flexible and efficient packaging operations.
