In this Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), a large geosynthetic roll is packaged to demonstrate this cutting-edge solution's efficiency, reliability, and durability. The RoRo StretchPack® XL-S1 model is featured, equipped with a pusher device and conveyor units. In one fully automated process, it wraps each roll in a tubular stretch hood film that is welded at both ends, creating a 100% sealed package. This watertight and dust-resistant seal protects the product from moisture, dirt, and other environmental contaminants, preserving product quality during storage and transport. While this RoRo StretchPack® model will be installed as a standalone packaging solution on the customer’s site, it is also designed for easy integration into automated production lines.
