Paint Feed And Flush System
SCE-Paint Feed and Flush System is an industrial setup designed to supply paint to application points consistently and efficiently, incorporating a mechanism to quickly clean the system with a solvent (flushing agent) during color changes or at the end of a shift. This system helps maintain paint quality, reduces material waste, and minimizes downtime. Key Components- Paint Tank: A vessel, often made of stainless steel, that holds the paint. Capacities vary widely depending on the application. Thinner/Solvent Container: A separate tank for the cleaning agent used to flush the system. Changeover Mechanism: A system of valves (e.g., a three-way valve) that allows the operator to switch the supply line from the paint tank to the solvent tank with a simple lever change. Pumps: Pneumatic pumps are used to circulate the paint from the central storage to the spray guns at the appropriate pressure and flow rate. Hoses and Connections: Specialized hoses for transferring paint and air, designed to withstand the operational pressure. Regulators and Gauges: Components like air regulators and pressure gauges to monitor and control the air and paint pressure within the system, ensuring consistent application. Agitator : A pneumatic stirrer to keep the paint mixed and maintain consistent viscosity. Trolley/Mounting: systems are trolley-mounted for mobility on the shop floor.
