PART 4|Controlling LOW POINT: Maintaining Upper Body Centered
In this video, we’ll explore how to effectively move the upper body while keeping it centered. Our focus will be on moving the center of your chest away from your chin vs moving everything together. We will cover one of my favorite drills to help keep the upper body centered in the backswing helping to get it forward in the downswing which will help us to control low point (ball first ground second contact). Utilizing an iRange Pro Stick and or alignment sticks will help to provide a clear visual of the movement of the upper body throughout the entire swing!
