Phase 10 tone Functional stability
Phase 10 — Functional Stability | Internal Stability (33 Phase Protocol) Description: Phase 10 establishes functional stability — the ability to stay regulated while thinking, doing, and navigating daily life. After Phase 9 (Calm Baseline), the system is no longer just accessing calm… it begins to hold that stability during function. This is where many systems still break: calm disappears under demand thinking becomes pressured or scattered tasks trigger stress responses consistency drops under load This tone is designed to stabilise function without destabilisation. It supports: maintaining regulation while thinking and working reducing pressure-driven cognition stabilising focus and task execution increasing consistency across daily life This isn’t about performance. It’s about function that doesn’t trigger survival. Core Principle: You can function without pressure. You can think without destabilising. You are stable in function. How to use: • Use during light to moderate tasks • Or before engaging in focused work • Let the body stay relaxed while the mind engages • Notice when pressure tries to build — don’t follow it • 5–10 minutes minimum If function feels slower or more deliberate at first, that’s stabilisation — not loss. This phase integrates calm into doing. Without it, stability collapses under demand. — 33 Phase Protocol — Part II: Internal Stability
