Phase 11 — Relational Stability | Internal Stability (33 Phase Protocol) Description: Phase 11 brings stability into relationship dynamics. You can feel calm on your own… but connection is where patterns often return — overgiving, withdrawing, overthinking, or losing your centre. This phase is about staying internally stable while relating to others. This tone is designed to stabilise: emotional reactivity in relationships the pull to people-please or overextend fear-based responses (rejection, judgment, abandonment) loss of self when engaging with others It supports holding your ground without shutting down or overcompensating. This isn’t about controlling relationships. It’s about remaining stable within them. Core Principle: You can stay with yourself while being with others. Connection doesn’t require self-abandonment. You are stable in relationship. How to use: • Before or after interactions • During low-intensity social contact • Notice where your system shifts around others • Stay aware of your body while engaging • Let responses arise without forcing or suppressing • 5–10 minutes minimum If old patterns show up, that’s the system recalibrating in real time. This phase stabilises connection at a deeper level. Without it, relationships continue to disrupt internal balance. — 33 Phase Protocol — Part II: Internal Stability
