Description
In this video, we continue Part Two of Phase Four in the Quotation Module of the Maxis Web System, focusing on Default Inclusions.
Default Inclusions allow users to predefine what is included and not included in a quotation. Instead of entering the same inclusion and exclusion statements for every proposal, the system enables users to create reusable inclusion templates that can be applied whenever a new quotation is prepared.
In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to create a new inclusions template by defining the template name, selecting the language if required, and adding inclusion or exclusion statements. Each item can be marked as included or not included to clearly define what is part of the travel package.
Using Default Inclusions helps standardize quotation content, reduce manual data entry, and ensure consistent proposal formatting across all quotations.
