Description
In this video, we continue Part Two of Phase Four in the Quotation Module of the Maxis Web System, focusing on Default Notes.
Default Notes are used to store standard Terms and Conditions that commonly appear in quotations. Instead of rewriting these policies every time a quotation is created, users can prepare reusable note templates that ensure consistency and accuracy across all proposals.
In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to create a new terms and conditions template by defining the template name, selecting the language, and adding structured policy sections such as cancellation policy, travel insurance, check-in and check-out times, and other operational notes.
Using Default Notes helps standardize quotation terms, reduce manual work, and ensure that important legal and operational information is consistently included in every quotation.
