Phase 4 – Profits Tab | Quotation Module | Maxis Web System

Description In this video, we continue Phase 4 of the Maxis Web System training, focusing on the Profits tab inside the Quotation Module. The Profits tab is used to define how profit is applied across all services in the quotation. Users can either select a predefined profit class, which automatically fills profit percentages for different service categories, or apply a general profit percentage across all services. In this tutorial, we also demonstrate how profit values can still be adjusted individually after applying a general percentage, allowing full flexibility based on business requirements. Additionally, we explain the Calculate Hotel Free Policy option, where the system automatically applies hotel free pax policies from contracts. The system calculates the standard room cost with meals, divides it by the minimum number of passengers in the group category, and rounds the result to reflect the correct reduction in the quotation. Understanding the Profits tab ensures accurate pricing, proper cost adjustments, and correct application of hotel policies within the quotation.
