Phase 4 – Program Tab | Quotation Module | Maxis Web System

Description In this video, we continue Phase Four of the Maxis Web System training, focusing on the Program Tab inside the Quotation Module. The Program tab is where the itinerary structure of the quotation is built by inserting routes for each travel day. These routes can be selected from the predefined routes created earlier in the Routes module, allowing the system to automatically import operational and costing parameters. In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to add routes to the program using the advanced search panel, how to manually create routes when needed, and how to edit route details such as route descriptions, start time, and guide service duration. We also explain how the system calculates and displays operational values such as guide costs, driver accommodation requirements, extra service hours, allowed kilometers, and used kilometers. Finally, we show how entire programs can be imported automatically from predefined program templates.
