Piezo valve enemale machine operation guide you step to step how to set left camera and left table calibration . 1. click Calibrate enter calibration page . 2.click and tick 'reclibrate' 3.Click 'AXISMOTION' to X,Y,Z movement page .4. Click direction button 'Down 'with slow speed to move the calibration bar on tray flatness . 5. tighten clibration bar screw . 6.slight move tray back and down on table 7. use ruler to make white cirle same level as tray . 8.move tray and silicon mat away . 9. click direction key to move bar under camera and move the mouse roler to enlarge camera calibration frame . 10. Click 'cameraparams' button to set camera brightness to let camera clearly see the white cicrle . 11. slide the bright block to adjust the camera brightness . 12. roll mouse to enlarge camera image 13.Click'cuttemplate ' mouse curse changed to grey cross'十‘ 14 . move cross '十‘ on bar image ,left click one time , a cut green line out , click left mouse to let green line cut 3 sides of circle . 15. double click left mouse exit cuttemplate , green cut lines disappear .16. zoom out camera image .17. Click'Axismotion ' and click direction button to move calibration bar white circle to the first calibration frame . 18 .Zoom in camera image to make calibration frame bigger . 19 .click direction button to move white circlet at the calibrtion red circle . 20 . Click 'SetLeftTop' to save the position .21.roll mouse to zoom out camera image 22. click direction buttons with fast , middle and slow speed to move calibration bar to right down position . 23. roll mouse to zoom in camera image 24. click direction buttons with slow speed to let white circle aim at calibration red circle .25.Click 'calibrate 'page , click 'SetRightBottom' to save the bar position .26.Click'Start ' button .
